To Order

We accept orders for our Decorated Cookies via e-mail only.

To place an order, please e-mail to us through this link:

Please include in your e-mail:

• the name or description of the cookie design

• the quantity needed

• any decoration details

• your telephone number

• the delivery date for your order - we recommend your cookies arrive two days before you'll need them in case there are issues with shipping

• your complete billing address

• the complete shipping address, including recipient's telephone number

• your ribbon color preference

We will process your request, usually within 24 hours. You will be sent a secure Online Order Form for approval and payment that will include your amount due plus shipping and handling costs.

Payment Types and Terms
Rolling Pin Productions accepts Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards and Checks for payment.

Please advise us if you are paying by check.

Please note that we require payment in full before we bake. If your order will exceed $2,500, please contact us for possible payment terms.

In addition, we require payment in full within 24 hours of receipt of your Order Form to secure your lead time for your project.

Rolling Pin Productions reserves the right to cancel orders that are not paid within 24 hours as our production schedule books up quickly.

If paying by check, please note that your check must clear in our bank before we can begin to work on your order. If a payment is returned, the customer will be responsible for any and all charges resulting in the default of payment.

Customer Proof of Order
Upon receipt of your Order Form, please inspect your Order Form to be sure that the details are correct. Your payment is receipt that you have approved the order, and Rolling Pin Productions can not be responsible for errors or changes on your Order Form that were not made at the time of payment.

Packaging
All of our cookies come wrapped in a Cellophane bag and coordinating Satin Bow. Packaging is included in the pricing quotes for our cookies unless otherwise indicated.

White, Black, Red, Brown, Lemon Yellow, Apple Green, Royal Blue, Lavender, Purple, Pink, Light Blue, Light Yellow, Mint Green, Orange, Gold and Silver are our stock satin ribbon colors. And we can combine several ribbon colors for an eye catching presentation!

Refunds and Cancellations
Rolling Pin Productions orders are non-refundable. Please see our 'claims' link below for further information should your order arrive with damaged pieces. Please note that we require photographic proof of breakage for credit consideration.

Our orders cannot be canceled after we receive payment. Should your event be canceled or rescheduled, we will hold your Order payment towards a future order.

Miscellaneous
From time to time, Rolling Pin Productions may elect to use decorated cookies from customer orders for our Web site, portfolio, and mailing pieces. If you do not wish your project to be published, you must give notice to Rolling Pin Productions at the time you place your order.

Please note that our cookies are decorated by hand and this may lead to your decorated cookies varying slightly in appearance from the images on this Web site.

In addition, please note that your decorated cookies may vary slightly in appearance from samples or sketches you may receive. For large quantities of decorated cookies, there may be slight variations in our hand-tinted colors.
