How to Order Samples of our Decorated Cookies

Rolling Pin Productions does sell samples of our decorated cookies. Listed below are the types of Samples that you can purchase.

Decorated Cookies for Samples - Order Run-Off

These are run-off cookies from orders that are already in production. You will not have a choice of design with this option. This is used for customers who want to see an example of our work or to taste the cookies. We generally include both an Iced Decorated and a Photo Cookie in our Sample shipments.

• Cookie Samples Orders are $15.00

• Pricing includes samples, postage and handling fees - please note that if you are ordering from Hawaii or Alaska, postage rates may be higher - we'll let you know.

• Please note that Run-Off samples are shipped within the United States only.

Please allow up to 2 weeks from date of order to ship.

Decorated Cookies for Samples - Custom Sample

This option is for customers who want to see a prospective design before commiting to a larger quantity. Please note that this option will require us to design the cookie, sketch and create a cutter.

• Custom Cookie Sample Orders are $50.00
  

• Postage and Handling is $15.00

Lead times can vary greatly with this option: anywhere from 2 -6 weeks from date of order for delivery. Please provide a due date if the sample has to be received at a specific time.

Decorated Cookies for Samples - Custom Photo Cookie Sample

We do make Custom Photo Cookie Samples if you will need to see your actual image on a cookie prior to ordering.

• Custom Photo Cookie Sample Orders are $25.00
  

• Postage and Handling is $15.00

Please allow up to 2 weeks from date of order to ship.

Sketches

Rolling Pin Productions does sketch cookie designs, but only upon receipt of payment for your order or with an order deposit. Sketches are sent via e-mail and the cookie design will remain the property of Rolling Pin Productions and cannot be forwarded on to any other baking establishment for quoting or copying without our prior permission. If you would like to have your baker create a cake based on our sketch, please contact us before forwarding.

To place an Order for Samples, please include the following:

• your complete billing address

• your complete shipping addres
  

• your telephone number

• your e-mail address
  

• for Custom Samples, a JPEG of the proposed image/s is required - if we are designing the cookie from an original sketch we will need to create, a $25 Design Fee will apply
  

• We will process your request and send you an Online Order Form that will include your amount due plus shipping and handling costs.
